Our Services

At RIEL Hockey Consulting, we help female hockey players become standout prospects and confidently navigate the college and university recruitment process.

Our services are built around three core pillars: How to Be a Standout Prospect, Comprehensive University & College Guidance, and June 15 Readiness. Each program is designed to give athletes the clarity, structure, and tools they need to position themselves competitively in today’s recruiting landscape.

From understanding what coaches are truly looking for, to preparing academically and athletically, to being fully ready for critical recruiting milestones, we provide personalized, step-by-step support at every stage of the journey. We know the challenges female athletes face in the recruiting process—and we’re here to help them approach it with confidence, strategy, and purpose.

Our goal is simple: to help aspiring college hockey players maximize their potential and take control of their path to the next level.

How to be a stand out prospect

Being a standout prospect is about more than skill—it’s about preparation, positioning, and knowing how to present yourself to college and university coaches. This service helps female athletes understand what recruiters are truly looking for and how to separate themselves in a competitive landscape. From on-ice performance and off-ice habits to communication, mindset, and visibility, we guide athletes in building a complete profile that gets noticed and taken seriously at the next level.
